We're not aware of any recent changes to the dashboard interface in QuickBooks Online. Are you unable to see the bank account balances on more than one web browser, and have your user role and access permissions changed recently?
Certain users (such as Accounts receivable manager) don't have access to view bank registers, meaning they won't see these balances on the dashboard. You can check your current access level by navigating to the Settings wheel > Manage users.
