Can’t connect bank account because it’s not a bussined account
I can help you bring your transactions from your bank to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @gscowie-me-com.
Did you encounter any errors when trying to connect the bank? Can you tell us more about it? That'll help us resolve the error you have.
If the bank isn't supported yet, then you can send us a request to support for your bank. To do it, go back to the Connect an account page from your Banking menu. You'll receive a prompt when we can’t find the bankin our list of supported banks. Check this screenshot:
On the next page, provide the bank information. Click on Request once you're done.
