Hi loretta00 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. What bank and type of account are you attempting to connect, are you attempting to connect the accounts using the app on a mobile device or a browser or a computer and at what stage of the connection process are you receiving the error message?

Hi,

I'm having this problem too.  contacted the bank who said it was a technical fault and the third party needs to liaise directly with the bank.

Hello Catherine02, thanks for posting on this thread, what bank and type of account are you attempting to connect? Are you trying to do the connection using the app version on a mobile or the web browser version on a pc/laptop? Also at what stage of doing the connection are you getting this error message?
