Using other browsers is one way to rule out the blank screen issue. I have other steps you can do to help you resolve it.
The blank screen is likely caused by a bank maintenance. To check if this is the case, you'll want to log in to your bank's website and check for any news and updates about it. You might want to wait until they're finished with the maintenance.
If that isn't the case, have you tried using another computer or phone device? It could be within the machine itself. However, the blank screen issue could be a system-side as well. You'll want to contact our support. They have the tools to check deeper into the system and check what's causing the blank screen and fix it.
To reach them:
- Click the Assistant icon.
- Type "Talk to a human" in the bot chat box.
- When asked, enter something like "Blank screen when reconnecting my bank."
- Select Message an agent.

After getting your transactions in, you'll want to match or categorise them.
