To help me narrow this down, could you share the name of your bank and any specific error code or message you’re seeing? If this is a new connection, first verify your credentials by logging directly into your bank’s website.
Once verified, head to Transactions > Bank transactions and select Link account. I recommend pasting your bank’s exact login URL into the search box rather than the name to ensure you select the correct Open Banking connection. If the account was previously linked, clicking the Update button on the banking page can often resolve temporary sync issues.
If the issue persists, you can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file format to ensure your records in QuickBooks remain up to date.
