Cant import trips from mile IQ it give me an error even though file is CVS as quickbooks requests

Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser or an incognito browser.  This way, we can isolate this error for possible browser-related. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

Also, let's review the format of the MileIQ CSV file. When importing, make sure the "notes' column is leave blank. I've added a screenshot for your reference below: 

Also, check the format of the date, make sure to remove the time beside it or any unwanted symbols.
