There appears to be a number of banking feed issues recently, judging by this board.
We use Co-Op bank, and the feed has been great up to now. However, my last connection to the bank was on 13 March 2021; since then I have not been able to connect.
On trying to connect to the bank for an update, I get the following message ...
"Mind if we verify that you're you? We do this from time to time to protect your info. (185)", with a "Verify your info" button underneath.
However, nothing happens when I click the button. I have tried (re)connecting the bank account to QB, but the same message reappears.
I have attached a file with picture of screen shot.
For completeness, I can log directly onto my bank.
