Connected accounts according to bank, quickbooks still shows a connection is needed

I have gone through this multiple times. I have connected to my business checking and savings accounts through quickbooks. My bank shows that I am sharing information from those accounts with quickbooks. The only option available to me in quickbooks is "connect an account" but when I go through the process and connect, it tell me that I have already connected accounts for that company.

Thanks for posting here today, @krainey.

I have some information about connecting your bank account. Before we begin with the troubleshooting steps, may I know the name of your bank? This way, we can check if there's an ongoing issue reported.

Meanwhile, you'll want to check you're able to connect via an incognito window. This way, we can identify it has something to do with the browser you're using or not. Let me guide you how.

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

If it's working fine, it’s a good idea to clear the cache to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience.

However, if you're still experiencing the same result, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, we can investigate further.

Here's how to reach out:

  1. Go to Help at the top.
  2. Scroll down and tap Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue. Then, hit Let's talk.
  4. Click Start a chat.

In case you need help with other tasks in QBO, feel free to browse this link here to go to our general topics with articles.

Let me know how it goes or if you still have questions or concerns with bank accounts. I'll be around for you. Take care and have a good one.

Thank you! Doing it in an incognito worked!
