Hello Community users, we just wanted to pop back in to this thread and update it. Carter Allen bank is available to connect through open banking. If for any reason you are not able to connect please let us know and we'll be happy to look into why and get you a resolution ASAP.

Currently, we're aware of this error, and the product engineers are researching about our bank feeds to comply with new Open Banking regulations. The case code is INV-42733 wherein customers are unable to connect Cater Allen to QBO.
I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get an email update once this is resolved.
