Does anyone else have a problem with the bank connection where the main balance is updated correctly but new transactions don't appear?

Hello there, Joe. Could you please let us know which bank is connected to your account? Also, when did the transactions stop pulling in? Is there a specific cutoff date? Providing these details would be very helpful.

 

Since you've connected your financial institution, first visit your bank's website to check for any notifications about outages or scheduled maintenance. Missing transactions can happen due to delays or temporary interruptions between your bank and the program.

 

If there are no issues reported, manually hit the Update button on the bank transactions page. This sends a request to the bank to pull the latest transaction and balance data. Additionally, you can check the Excluded tab and look specifically for the date range of the missing transactions to see if the transactions are accidentally excluded.

 

In the meantime, you have the option to manually upload your transactions to keep your bank feeds updated. Please note that once the connection to your bank is reestablished, any transactions you previously uploaded may be imported again, resulting in duplicates. To prevent errors, ensure to review and exclude any duplicate transactions from your bank feeds.
