Hi there, Gill. I see the advantage of relinking Danse Bank to QuickBooks seamlessly.

As you've mentioned, you were disconnected on December 8; in this case, I recommend you check the bank's website to see if there are any ongoing maintenance issues that may interrupt the connection with QuickBooks.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions so that you can still proceed.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions
  2. Select Upload transactions.
  3. Choose Drag and drop or select files, then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account to which you want to upload the transactions. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to match the fields in the file with the corresponding fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Select Yes, and when you've accepted your transactions, select Done.

Once done uploading transactions, you may match and categorize these. It will go into your accounts after you review them. This process will allow you to keep track of all the financial activities and ensure that everything is recorded accurately before reconciling your account
