We're not aware of any widespread issues with bank connections, can we check which specific banks you're connected to and if you see any error messages or codes when updating these?

Hi Dan, do you get any error codes or error messages on both your Santander and Paypal account?
no - i reconnect them, go through the process, it says all done and i get the tick, then it tries to reconnect them and says it cant and they need reconnecting again.......
same every time
