Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone at QB? My bank has stopped importing, tried all the obvious.....

We appreciate you for trying some solutions to download your bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), fairtestmots. We are here to guide you on the next steps to take care of this issue. 

 

Have you tried refreshing your Banking page? If not yet, we can click on Refresh All multiple times to trigger the connection between your financial institution and QBSE. This will help download the bank transactions in the program. Here's how:      

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu. 
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh All.

 

If the same thing happens, try reconnecting your bank account. Then, we need to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks to avoid disconnecting the connection, as this will delete your transaction history. This requires you to reconfirm your consent every 90 days.
