Download your bank transactions to QuickBooks

QuickBooks allows you to easily manage your income and expenses from your account.

Open Banking is a new UK banking legislation. QuickBooks is working on updating all of our bank feeds to comply with the new legislation. Find out if your bank account is ready.

  • Connect to your bank account using our new open banking connection. If you have multiple accounts with the same bank, you might find that some some of your account types are support, some may still be work in progress. For example, Lloyds Current Accounts are ready, and we're still working on Savings accounts. In this case, choose Your Bank - Other Accounts to connect using standard feeds for account types that are still in progress.
  • If QuickBooks is still working to connect your bank account via open banking, such as all HSBC bank accounts, you can use our standard feeds connection. This allows you to link a single or multiple bank accounts to your QuickBooks account. Simply use your online banking details to log in to your bank account from QuickBooks to download a list of all your transactions.

  • You can also manually import your transactions into QuickBooks. To do this, download your bank statement as a CSV file and import it into your QuickBooks account.

Once you have downloaded your transactions, you can view your financial transactions from your bank accounts and credit cards in QuickBooks.
