Everytime I try to reconnect with the bank, it tells me something went wrong, try again later, but I’ve been trying again for a month now and it’s not working, what can I do?

Everytime I try to reconnect with the bank, it tells me something went wrong, try again later, but I’ve been trying again for a month now and it’s not working, what can I do?

To start, can you verify the name of the bank account you are trying to reconnect? Any additional information will get us closer to the resolution, and check if there's an open investigation about this.

 

In the meantime, let's try to reconnect your bank account using a private window. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox) 

Once done, try the below steps to reconnect your bank:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top. 
  2. Choose Bank accounts.
  3. In the search box, enter the name of the bank and account type.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account.

Once your bank account is connected and downloads transaction, you can now review and categorise your transactions. You can create rules to speed up reviews on your data.
