Banking error 106 means QuickBooks is unable to locate your account on your bank or Financial Institution’s (FI) website. This usually happens when the account is closed.
If you closed your bank or financial institution account, select Need to disconnect? Here’s how and follow the steps to disconnect, remove, or delete a bank or card account from the Downloaded Transactions page.
If you did not close your bank or FI account, contact Quickbooks Online Support to resolve this issue.
