Hi there, @damehoracia.
I can see how this affects your business' records. I'd like to know what specific bank you're using that's not downloading the bank transactions? It will help me identify the best resolution I can provide to you.
In the meantime, I'll show you a way to upload the bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.
After that, since you've mentioned that this has been happening for months now, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team. They have the tools to verify your account and help you to get to the bottom of this.
I've added this reference for your future task for the monthly assessments of your business financials: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. This contains tips on how to successfully finish reconciliation and how to troubleshoot it whenever there's something wrong during the process.
Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. I'm ready to assist you further. Take care.
it's HSBS feed states connected in bank to both bank accounts but in quickbook it stopped working last Nov when qb sent through upgrade via a link in an email. It was some change to data or something. Pressed linked current account has been fine and updating. Business stopped 12th nov.
I have been through QB customer services several times, everytime failing to sort the issue, now blaming the bank, who states its not their issue.
hat some info/data was being left off for some reason. It also produced duplicate uploads for no apparent reason. it's been time consuming, a waste Meanwhile i'm going through audit, trustee meetings having to explain why i'm paying £27 a month for something that doesn't work.
I have had customer service show me how to upload csv files, the time it takes is stupid, each csv has to be altered for qb to accept the format,
