BOTH of these people have treated me with complete disrespect, denied me access to their supervisor, and HUNG UP on me when I was trying to get help!! QuickBooks doesn't care about their customers! I also requested a survey for BOTH and was denied yet again! This means QB only sends survey's to satisfied customers and that's FRAUD!!

Thank you! I would really like to keep up to date with this and not just have it swept under the rug. This whole day has made me feel as though QB doesn't care at all how their customers are treated or completely ignored.
I think to single people out is totally wrong - but so far every experience we have had with online chat and support has been met with utter contempt and almost an intentional process of not responding and not allowing a senior manager to come on. Intuit need to get their house in order. I am about to publish the conversations online as I am on day 4 and still no response from anyone even mildly caring
