For your Virgin Money business account, we can troubleshoot to help you link it to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Shira. However, Allica Bank can't be linked to QBO yet, so you will need to upload your transactions manually. I will provide further details below.
Before we proceed, did you encounter any errors while trying to connect your Virgin Money account to QuickBooks Online? If so, please share the error code along with a screenshot. Any information you can provide is appreciated.
When attempting to link your Virgin Money bank account, please copy and paste the exact URL that you use to log into your bank into the appropriate field. This can help ensure the correct linking process.
As for Allica Bank account, it currently does not support Open Banking connections. You can refer to this article for guidance: Banks that Support Open Banking Connections with QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions using a CSV file in QuickBooks. Here are the steps:
- Download your transactions by logging into your bank's website. Follow the instructions for downloading transactions and save the file to your desktop.
- Once you've downloaded the file, go to the Transactions tab in QuickBooks and select the Bank transactions section.
- Click on Upload Transactions.
- Select the file you saved on your computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upload process.
