Welcome to the Community. Daily disconnects are caused by Bank Security and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) settings because they are designed to block automated logins, which is exactly how QuickBooks downloads your data.
If your bank supports a 90-day consent window, reconfirm your connection consent. Go to the Settings in the upper right corner and select Manage connections. Find your bank and select the More ⋮ icon, then choose Manage consent. Select Reconfirm and follow the prompts to authorise the full 90-day period.
You can also log in directly to the bank website to ensure there are no notifications or security updates that require your attention.
