Hello there, Aloadawaffle. To assist you effectively, could you please provide the name of your bank and explain what happens when you connect it? Sharing this information will help us identify the issue and find the right solution.
To address this, I suggest checking your bank's website to confirm if there's ongoing maintenance that could prevent transactions from syncing in QuickBooks Sole Trader, since QuickBooks depends on the data your bank provides.
To ensure the transactions are updated , let's manually refresh your bank feed by going to Transactions > Bank Transactions > Refresh to get the latest transactions from your bank. You can also use the Filter option and filter the Date of your transactions to see if it's showing transactions beyond December 2025.
If the issue persists after updating your bank feed, you can manually upload your transactions via CSV file as a work around to import your most recent transactions.
Please don't hesitate to click the Reply button if you have more further questions. We're happy to help.
