Hi guys, my bank transactions haven't been importing for around 2 weeks now. I've checked and Monzo is authorised to import so i cant understand why this is happening.

I understand how important it is to have your Monzo transactions imported to your QuickBooks account. Let me assist you in ensuring your transactions are imported correctly.

 

Since they aren’t showing in your account, I suggest visiting your bank’s website to check for any notifications regarding system updates or maintenance.
 

Once you’ve confirmed there aren’t any concerns, click the Refresh button from the Bank transactions page to pull the latest available transactions.
