Hi how do I reset my account to zero and start again Cheers

Hi there, @davidlancaster1

 

Welcome to the Community. If you've created your account within the last 90 days, you have the option to 'purge' the company so you can start over.

Here's how to purge a company:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks.
  2. Navigate to your homepage.  
  3. Replace the end of URL from homepage to purgecompany. See example below: 

     4. A pop-up screen will show a summary of the items to be deleted.
     5. Enter the word “YES” to delete the data. 
     6. Click OK to complete the process.

     

Once done, click Wipe Data. You'll then be rerouted back to your homepage.
