You can use the QuickBooks mobile app to connect your account. This mobile-to-mobile connection allows you to link and manage your bank directly through the app.
Here’s how you can connect your bank on an iPhone or iPad (iOS)
- Click the profile icon.
- Choose Settings and then Bank accounts.
- Select the Plus (+) icon.
- Search for your bank by name or URL.
- Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
- When you're ready, click Sign-in.
Here’s how you can connect your bank on a phone or tablet with Android:
- Click the menu ☰ icon.
- Select Settings and then Bank accounts.
- Hit the Plus (+) icon.
- Search for your bank by name or URL.
- Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
- When you're ready, select Sign-in.
