Hi, I reconnected my bank account today, but now everything appears to be duplicated and my bank account appears twice. is there a way I can link them? all my income and expenses shown twice

Hello @4seasonsgardenso,

 

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to link two bank accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can consider turning off the other account and exclude your transaction to avoid duplicate entries. Let me show you how.

 

To delete a bank account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Transactions, select Bank Accounts.
  3. Toggle to turn off your other bank account.

To exclude your transactions:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select all those duplicate transactions.
  3. On the buttons above, select Exclude this transaction.
  4. Click Save.
