Hi, My bank accounts are not connecting with QBO. Normally there is a connection every day. At present there is a message saying "Needs attention".

Which bank are you with?Can you try loading QuickBooks in a private window>going to the banking section>hitting on update.

Do you get the same error?

I have tried your suggestion and there is no change; same error:
 
“Something’s not quite right
An error occurred downloading your latest bank transactions. Please try again in a few minutes.”
 
The last connection with the bank was on last Friday (11/10/19).  My bank is NatWest.
 
Any other suggestions?

Does it give you an error code (Such as 102, 105 or other)?

 

This will help us identify what's occurring on your account.

Hi,

 

The last attempt to connect was still unsuccessful.  The latest message I have received following the failed attempt reads:   "! Something isn't working.   Sorry, we can't update your account.  Please try updating later. (14)"

 

This is about the fourth reply I have sent you.  They do not seem to have been getting through.  Any further assistance to help me resolve this issue would be gratefully received.  I have not been able to connect for a week now.
