The last attempt to connect was still unsuccessful. The latest message I have received following the failed attempt reads: "! Something isn't working. Sorry, we can't update your account. Please try updating later. (14)"
This is about the fourth reply I have sent you. They do not seem to have been getting through. Any further assistance to help me resolve this issue would be gratefully received. I have not been able to connect for a week now.
