How do I wish remove all my personal details and company details from Quickbooks?

Hi there, @james104.

Thanks for asking support in the Community. I know how you wished to delete all your information in QuickBooks. We have an option for you here.

You can delete your company data if you've created your account within the last 60 days. It will wipe out your books completely, but it won't cancel your QuickBooks subscription.

If you go for this option, I'd suggest you import all the important list for your future use before doing this. Then, follow these steps below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks, then go to your homepage.
  2. Replace the end of URL from homepage to purgecompany. See example below:

  3. A pop-up screen will show a summary of the items to be deleted. Enter the word “YES” to delete the data.

  4. Click OK to complete the process.

  5. Click Wipe Data

Once done, you'll then be rerouted back to your homepage. You can proceed to cancel your subscription to avoid charges.

However, if your books are 60 days old or older, the option is to unsubscribe. This process will delete all your data in QuickBooks a year after cancelaton. Thus, you'll still have read-only access to your data within that period.

Check out this help article for some easy steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. It has link with a steps to cancel your subscription through an app store if you subscribed through mobile apps.

For future reference, read through this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online. It helps you learn about moving your lists to save time from having to set it up again.

Post again if you have other concerns, @james104. I'm always around here in the Community to answer your next questions.
