Im new to quickbooks. For some reason my banking is only going back to August when I need it to be April, ive changed the month to April in the "your account" settings but my bank feed is still only going to august

When you first connect your bank to QuickBooks Online, Online Banking only downloads up to 90-days worth of bank transactions. That explains why it only downloads transactions back to August.
If your bank offers a WebConnect file, we can use it to import your bank transactions from April til the present. Before you you can do that, we'll need to disconnect your bank from QuickBooks.
1. Select Banking on the left menu and go to the Banking tab.
2. Select the account you want to disconnect and click the pencil icon (Edit).
3. Click the Edit account info button.
4. In the Account window, put a check mark in the Disconnect this account on save box.
5. Click Save and close.
After those steps, we can download the WebConnect file from your bank's website and import it to QuickBooks. You can use these articles to get through the import process:
Then, you can already add or match your bank transactions.

I contacted you a couple of weeks ago as I am having trouble with bank transactions not being downloaded from 05/03/18 to 12/09/18. You gave me some advice on sorting this out but been away for a couple of weeks so just need a quick reminder. Can you please help.

Can I just check with you, had you connected the bank and it has pulled through 90 days of transactions but you need further historical transactions to be uploaded?
