HSBC Euro account bank feed

On a client's HSBC Euro account the description for foreign purchase fee has description on the paper statement of :

'BANK SVC CHRG APPL'

But coming up on the bank feeds as:

'Apple'

This is confusing, any idea why is this?

Re: HSBC Euro account bank feed

Hi Charlotte_DRH

Welcome to the UK Community Page for QuickBooks Online.

On the banking screen, there's a little cog wheel at the top of the table with your transactions in, click that cog wheel, it's next to a printer icon, and select the option for "Show Bank Details", does this change the description that it's showing you?

You may need to refresh your banking screen.

Thanks,

Re: HSBC Euro account bank feed

How about on QuickBooks self employed?

I need to be switching between my bank statement and what's coming up in Quickbooks to manually write out what things are.

If I can't find a solution to this Quickbooks Self Employed becomes useless to me - it just adds more time.
