I am attempting to re-authenticate my Capital One connection. I get to the login popup but the main page shows "We couldn't complete your transaction" Error 571?

This has been an ongoing issue and was fixed temporarily. I can go on to login to Capital One but then when the popup disappears the base page still shows the Error 571 message. Support are not of any help.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help icon, then proceed to the Search tab.
  3. Utilize the search field or open an article.
  4. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the Help panel.
  5. Choose Have us call you or Chat.
