I am new to quickbooks self employed, I have linked my co-operative bank account which is showing the balance fine, however I recieved 3 separate payments today and I thought they would automatically show as income, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for joining us on the Community chezzahun-yahoo-, transactions will need to be categorised as 'Business income' to show as income on your reports, you can also create bank rules to speed up the review process so that regular transactions automatically categorise for you going forward. :)

But the payments aren't even showing as a transaction?

Hello chezzahun-yahoo- so just to clarify these payments are showing on your actual bank account but are not showing as transactions in your Quickbooks account? If the 3 payments only happened to day it could like 24 hours to then show up in your Quickbooks account. So i suggest checking tomorrow and seeing they they are showing up or not and can always reach back out to us again about it if they are not showing still.
