I am unable to connect my barclays account. Please can I have some help?
Hi there, I'm having issues reconnecting my barclays account to quickbooks. If i deleted the account and added it again, will I have lost anything? Having read many of those threads, it doesn't look a solution has been found.
Allow me to share some updates about the connection between Barclays bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
To get started, I would like to share what happens when you disconnect and reconnect accounts from QBSE.
Disconnecting an account from QBSE will wipe out all the transactions under that account. Once you reconnect it, the transactions under that bank will be uncategorized. In this case, it's not advisable to disconnect and reconnect your account.
On the other hand, our engineers are now aware of the connection error between QBSE and Barclays account. Rest assured that they're working to get a resolution as quickly as possible.
While they're finding a fix, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to have your information added on the list of affected users in this investigation INV-51004. Once added, you'll automatically receive email notifications of the latest updates.
