Hello there, @accounts659. To fix error 381, please head to your Bank transactions tab and reconfirm your sign-in info. This will reset the connection and clear the error.
Under the Open Banking standard, bank connections must be re-confirmed every 90 days. Please re-authenticate your link in QuickBooks Online to ensure your bank feeds remain active.
To reconfirm your account, click All apps > Accounting > Bank transactions, then click the dropdown arrow beside Link account, then Manage connections. Continue by clicking the More icon next to the bank that you need to reconfirm > Manage consent > Reconfirm > OK.

Your bank feed should now be reconnected.
