We can access your QBO account and reconfirm the connection using a private window. A private window is a helpful tool for troubleshooting browser-related difficulties, as it won't preserve any history. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once done, follow the steps below to manage the bank connection again. Let me guide you on how:
- Go to Bookkeeping, and then Transactions.
- You may see Transactions and then Banking.
- Click the ▼dropdown arrow next to Link Accounts.
- Choose to Manage connections.
- Next to the bank that you need to reconfirm consent for, click the More ⋮ icon.
- Tap Manage consent.
- When you're ready, click Reconfirm.
- Press OK to confirm.
