I can’t enable my CO-OP businesses account, is there an issue with compatibility?

Hi there, @oldcountrypine. Compatibility issue only occurs if your bank doesn't support QuickBooks for connection or if there's a maintenance break from your financial institution.

However, if your business account is available or there are no maintenance concerns, please know that you'll need to reconfirm the connection consent in the Manage connections section after linking to enable it successfully.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Beside the Add new Transaction tab, click the drop-down arrow.
  3. Choose Manage connections.
  4. On the right side of the bank, select the three dots. Then, click Reconfirm consent.
  5. Once done, Save and Done.

If the issue persists after performing this, I'd like to know if there's a specific error message shown for us to determine the origin of the issue, and also the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far, to help us identify where to guide you next.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank entries to avoid missing your daily banking tasks.

Take note that once the connection is restored, duplicate transactions may arise from the one you manually uploaded. If this happens, you can exclude these entries.
