I can't update my bank details. The button links aren't working. I tried to access the chat button and that also won't work

It depends on the bank where you used to update, Lucy.

Since you’re experiencing issues also the chat button on both mobile and desktop, we recommend clearing your browser's cache to remove any outdated or corrupted data that may be causing the issue.
