I cannot add my bank account. When verification phone call comes through I answer to put in the code but there’s no sound and after a few seconds it cuts off. How else can I add a bank account?

Hi Steven!

 

I could tell that your bank has a unique way to verify your account. Is there any way that you can change the verification method on your bank account settings? Maybe there's an email or a text verification method.

 

By the way, we can only assure a seamless connection to accounts which only require usernames and passwords. If there's another layer of authentication like what I've mentioned above, you would need to go back to your Bank accounts page, then click refresh to do the manual update. Then, when QuickBooks connections to download your transaction, your account may prompt you to verify your account again.
