I cannot connect my Mettle bank account to Quick Books

Hello, yashilsingh001-g. 

 

I'm here to help you figure out why you unable to connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online.

 

There are a few possible reasons why you can't connect to the bank: 

 

  • Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one, or try all possible links.
  • The bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • The bank may not be a participating bank. You can contact the bank to request they establish a relationship with Intuit.   

 

To rectify this, let's try refreshing your bank connection in QuickBooks. For first time connection, refresh it by performing the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Banking menu.
  2. Tap on the Add Account button.
  3. Locate your bank and click to select it.
  4. Copy the URL listed in the window. 
  5. Sign in using your bank login credentials.
  6. Update all necessary information. 

 

You'll also want to manually enter transactions to your bank.
