I cannot get my yorkshire bank account to work with quickbooks. it says i cannot sign in due to a message on YBonline - but there is no message.
I just go round and round in circles!

You can find the name of your bank from the Search box and from there connect it with QuickBooks. Let me guide you through how.
Please see attached screenshot below.
If you're still unable to connect with your bank, you'll want to export and import your bank transactions using a CSV file. Just sign-in to your bank's website to export.
Once done, import your bank transaction by following the steps below:

No I go to sign in and put my details in, and it comes up with yorkshire bank has a message for you, llog into your bank to read this before we can go on. So I log into my bank but there is no message so i try with quickbooks again but it is the same. Has been for months

Can I confirm if you are logging into your bank via a browser, as not all messages will be available through the app. Please also check that there are no unread important emails in your banks inbox.
Following this please try to connect the account via an incognito/private browsing window. If you are still experiencing the error code following this please let us know and we will relay this to our bank engineers.
