The Nationwide bank should be available for open banking connection, @keirconway1.
To isolate the issue, you can start by connecting the account using another supported browser. If that doesn't make any difference, I would suggest contacting our Support Team to investigate this further.
To contact support:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Contact Us from the Help menu.
- Type in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with box.
- Proceed with the Let's talk button.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
For the new Help interface:
- Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
- Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- Type in your concern.
- Select I still need a human.
- Proceed with Contact us.
- Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
