I cant connect to hmrc for mtd

I get message cant connect== i have logged on to HMRC and re- authorised connection but still getting message. Callback helpline from qb support is not ringing me back

Hello Yvonne, thanks for reaching out to the Community today. We're sorry that you have not received a call back from the automated system. Regarding MTD message you are receiving after re-authorising your MTD connection, can we ask have you gone through the steps in this article on MTD errors?
