Yes, we had an investigation on the error 103 when updating the Barclays bank. Our engineers gave an update that this issue was already resolved.
The error means that your bank credentials in QuickBooks are incorrect. If it's your first time to connect the bank, let's make sure that you select the right one. Then, enter your bank sign-in information correctly.
