If a transaction from your Wise account isn’t syncing to QuickBooks, it could be due to temporary connection issues, @polo3. To resolve this, start by manually updating your Wise account directly in QuickBooks to re-authenticate the connection and to get the latest data.
From the Bank transactions page, click the Update button located next to Link account.

If the transaction doesn’t appear, you'll have to manually upload it.
