I have ‘connected’ my bank accounts, however it now won’t let me save them to fully connect them to the app.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand it can be concerning when your bank connection isn’t working as expected. Let's sort this out together.

Bank connection failures can occur for several reasons, such as compatibility issues, specific errors, bank maintenance updates, an outdated app version, or temporary technical glitches. To help us provide you with the most accurate solution, could you please share the name of your bank institution and any specific error message you’re encountering? This information will help us identify the cause of the issue and work towards resolving it efficiently.

In the meantime, check for any maintenance updates from your bank or confirm whether they still supports QuickBooks.

If everything is fine on your bank's end, let’s troubleshoot your app by refreshing your data. It will clears out cached issues and fix problems.

Here’s how you can refresh data on both Android and iOS:

  1. Click the Menu icon in the app.
  2. Tap the Gear icon (or Accounts and Settings).
  3. Select Refresh Data and then hit Refresh Now.

If the issue persists after refreshing the data, proceed to uninstall and reinstall the app. This ensures that you're using the latest version of the app and clears out any potential bugs that may be preventing the bank connection.

Please leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
