Bank statements can be downloaded in PDF format only
It's not a bank issue, info2348. I'll share some information regarding online banking.
Please note that some banks let you download up to 24 months of data. However, since your bank only allows downloads for the past three months, you'll have to manually upload older transactions.
To do this, sign in to your bank's website and download the statements covering the needed date range. Ensure that the statements are in the correct format. Since NatWest provides statements as PDF files, you'll have to convert them into a supported file type (CSV or QBO), using a third-party converter tool.
Once ready, let's import them into QuickBooks. Here's how:
Once the transactions are in, you can categorise the transactions into the existing entries in QBO. Doing so will help ensure your financial records are accurate.
