I have had Etsy connected since I've had quickbooks, I have just noticed that the past few months none of the etsy transactions are showing?

I have had Etsy connected since I've had quickbooks, I have just noticed that the past few months none of the etsy transactions are showing?

We can check the status of your application connector in the Apps menu, maedendesigns.

 

By doing this, we can view the status of your connected apps by selecting the My apps icon and selecting one of the apps to go to the Overview page.

 

If the Overview page displays connected apps, their status, and an apps log to view all of the open errors for your apps. You can follow these steps to resolve open app issues:

 

  1. Go to Apps menu and select Overview.
  2. The Tasks card or the app log displays any open app issues with info such as the name of the affected app, the date the issue occurred, and suggested action.
  3. In the Actions column, select the available option to fix the issue. Options vary depending on the issue type.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the resolution.

 

 

To address any data synchronization problems between the app and QuickBooks Online, it's best to reach the Etsy app provider. From there, they'll review the errors and fix them to restore the data sync.

 

Once your transactions sync with QuickBooks, you can categorize and reconcile your account regularly. This process is essential for accurate reporting and tax calculation.
