I need to reconnect to Barclays Bank for my accounts. For some reason (and not the first time) it won’t connect. Absolutely infuriating!

I need to reconnect to Barclays Bank for my accounts. For some reason (and not the first time) it won’t connect. Absolutely infuriating!

At this time, we have an ongoing issue where users aren't able to connect for Barclays Bank. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.

 

As a workaround, you can upload your bank transactions via a CSV file. To do that, please refer to this article for the step-by-step process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this case number INV-55073 for easy tracking.

 

Here's how to reach out:

 

  1. Go to Help at the top.
  2. Scroll down and type "I need a human".
  3. Click Contact a human.
  4. Choose either Live Chat or Call me back.
