Currently, we're investigating the issue of payment transactions not being matched on the Android mobile app. Please be assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Care Support team to ensure that you are added to the list of affected users. By doing so, you'll receive email updates regarding the status of the investigation and be notified as soon as it is resolved.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
- In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
- Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
