I successfully managed to connect my Monzo bank with QuickBooks, however everyday I log on I have to reconnect as it's been disconnected?

I've already spoken to Monzo and they've said it's a QuickBooks issue? But I'm not too sure

Since you’ve already spoken with Monzo, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team to find out why your bank connection is disconnecting each day.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Contact Us under the Search tab.
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem (e.g., "Monzo connection keeps disconnecting daily").
  4. Click Continue, then choose the Chat or Callback option.
