Hi there, @netpholland. We can trigger a manual update or refresh your sign-in details to kickstart the data flow, as QuickBooks sometimes stalls after the initial connection is established.
Before we dive into the technical steps, we'd like to know which specific financial institution you're using and if this is the first time you are connecting this credit card account. If you see a specific error code on the account tile, please share it, as this helps pinpoint if the issue is a bank-side server outage or a local sync error.
In the UK, Open Banking regulations require a precise digital handshake; if that handshake is interrupted, the connection may show as "Active" while the data remains stuck at the bank's gateway.
To resolve this, let's manually update your bank connection. Navigate to All apps > Accounting > Bank transactions. Pick the Tile where the name of your bank is located. Then, click the Update icon in the upper right corner beside the Explore tab.
If the transactions still don't show, click the Tile of your bank. Then, tap the Pencil icon, select Edit account sign-in, and update your info as needed. This refresh often clears any background authentication blocks. It triggers the download of your recent transaction history into the For Review tab.
